Job Description: As a Job Recruiter at Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talented individuals to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract qualified candidates. This position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably in legal.
Hands-on experience with recruiting software.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
