Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative with exceptional conversational and sales skills, complemented by a high degree of emotional intelligence. The ideal candidate will be an expert at using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other relevant software tools to identify and connect with potential clients. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their marketing needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive their success.

Responsibilities:

> Identify and prospect potential clients using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other software tools.
> Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and personalized outreach.
> Understand clients’ marketing needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their goals.
> Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
> Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards sales targets.
> Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies.
> Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
> Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales.
> Regularly update CRM systems with client information and sales activities.
> Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Requirements:

> Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in a B2B marketing agency.
> Expertise in using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other relevant software tools.
> Exceptional conversational and sales skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
> Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
> Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative sales strategies.
> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
> Attention to detail and a strong understanding of client needs and expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

> Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
> Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
> Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
