We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled individual who excels in both SEO content management and creation and social media marketing with great copywriting, graphic design and reel creation skills. As the Expert SEO Content Manager and Social Media Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and engage with our target audience across various social media platforms. You will play a pivotal role in optimising our content for search engines, improving our website’s ranking, and executing effective social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive conversions.
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords and optimise content accordingly.
Create and optimise engaging, high-quality content such as SEO-rich articles, ads and reels for our website, blog, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling articles, blog posts, infographics, videos, reels and other multimedia content optimised for SEO.

Monitor website performance metrics, analyse SEO data, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
Manage all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community management across various platforms (EG Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement and followers.
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance our social media presence and drive business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align SEO and social media strategies with overall business goals.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (EG Brevo, Active Campaign, Klaviyo) and experience designing and executing email campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and experimenting with new ideas.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications
Working with Hubspot, Confluence, and Trello is a must alongside great admin skills.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field will be highly regarded
Proven track record of success in SEO content management, content marketing and social media content marketing and ads
Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms EG Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, SEO-optimised content.
Experience managing social media platforms for business, including content creation, scheduling and engagement.
Knowledge of social media management tools (EG Buffer) and social media advertising platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and experimenting with new ideas.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
