Expert Shopify Store Builder, Store Manager, and Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
All Volleyball, Inc. is an established e-commerce retailer and as we expand our digital footprint, we are seeking an Expert Shopify Store Builder, Store Manager, and Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Please note you must be willing to work US business hours, 9am – 5pm (Central Time Zone) and be available via Google Meet during those times.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Build:
– Build and launch a Shopify store from start to finish using a paid theme.
– Customize themes to align with brand aesthetics and functionality requirements.
– Integrate necessary apps and plugins to enhance store performance.

Store Management:
– Oversee daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
– Manage product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
– Optimize site performance, including SEO, loading speeds, and user experience.

Customer Service:
– Provide excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, etc.).
– Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
– Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies.

Sales and Marketing:
– Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
– Manage email marketing campaigns, social media presence, and advertising efforts.
– Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to maximize revenue and growth.

Theme Customization and Graphic Design:
– Create and edit graphic content for the store, including banners, product images, etc.
– Customize front-end elements to improve visual appeal and user experience.
– Source and collaborate with external designers and developers when necessary.

General Support and Operations:
– Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
– Maintain accurate records and reports of store performance.
– Continuously seek and implement improvements to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in building and managing Shopify stores.
– Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
– Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
– Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions independently or with external help.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent English and all related communication skills.
– Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and other digital marketing strategies
