Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Commerce Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social commerce, experience in developing and executing social media strategies, and a knack for data-driven decision-making. This role will involve working closely with our Affiliate Team (SCAT) and UGC Content Creation teams to optimize our social commerce initiatives. Strong English communication skills are essential, as the candidate will be conducting strategic calls with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social commerce strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Content Planning: Collaborate with the content creation team to produce engaging, research-backed user-generated content (UGC).
Affiliate Program Management: Assist in managing our affiliate team, providing strategic direction, and optimizing performance.
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify and manage relationships with influencers to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
Client Communication: Conduct strategic calls with clients to discuss plans, progress, and results.
Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community around the brand.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social commerce, social media strategy, or a related field.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and UGC content creation.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with influencer marketing and live shopping events.
Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrations.
