Short Version, this person NEEDS to do the following:
– Produce premium quality social media content with photos, videos, and timelapse videos provided by my contractors and photographer.
– Give critiques to the contractors and photographers for the photos and videos being provided so they can improve.
– Knows how to organize directs the way the photographer is putting the files into google drive so that even if we start 2-3 companies each week for the next 2 years it will still remain organized.
– Schedule posts in High Level and appropriate platforms depending on type of content.
– Understand and utilize trends when it comes to posting, audio used for Tiktok, etc.
– Utilize programs and AI to maximize production speed.

Long story short: This job is for a person that is extremely motivated that is capable of providing premium social media content and is able to give direction to everyone on the team, including me. This person will also be able to find other editors to produce this content as we onboard more companies.

This job is 40-50 hours per week and starts at $8.

After 30 days it goes to $9.

60 days after $9, it goes to $10.

I don’t know exact numbers but I feel each editor will be able to handle 3-4 jobsites per day depending on work needing to be done. Most of the time it will be just photos that will need to be posted either as singles, a collage, or a slideshow type from a program like capcut.

Once we get to 4 jobsites per day I want you to bring on another editor. Once you show that you can manage them plus you, you will go to $12 per hour after 30 days.

Once we get to 8 jobsites per day I want you to become full time manager/poster with 2 editors. You will go up to $13.

Then for every 4 additional jobsite/editor you will go up $1.

I feel like the max editors someone can manage is 5-10 editors. So the max rate someone can make doing this will be about $16 for 5 editors and $21 if you’re managing 10 editors.

All this can change but what Im trying to convey is for the right person, you can make a lot of money with a good company that is looking to do this 10 plus years.
