Expert Social Media Manager

Hi! I am looking for a part or full time assistant, I am a growing coaching company that specializes in personal branding and Instagram. I work with high level industry experts, and really enjoy what I do. Hoping to find someone to help me level up my business by assisting me with the tasks below.

Please note, I need someone who is ORGANIZED and has leadership qualities. Who is enthusiastic, hard working and can help keep video editors on task, turn blogs into reels and scripts for clients (Chatgpt can help), and who has a proven track record of experience in managing social accounts for personal brands. Who can be professional, speak English fluently and have camera on during Zoom calls when we have team meetings.

My hours are fixed 7-2pm pst if this time zone does not work, do not apply.

Job Requirements:

-Must be able to post on Instagram and TikTok
– Convert blogs into reels – understands how to turn those into scripts or reels topics
– Must be able to schedule on Hootsuite
– Must understand basic video editing to guide editors
-Understands SEO on Instagram (organic) keywords, content strategies
-Must know how to download a high quality video, post, and change cover
-Must be able to show examples of other accounts you have managed successfully
-Must be able to help with caption writing
-Must be able to engage on Instagram accounts
-Must be able to help me manage on Notion, Slack
-Must be organized and speak English well
-Must be able to help with general tasks such as organizing folder, taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, updating spreadsheets
-Must have experience creating stories on Instagram and basic content
-Must have Canva experience
-Very helpful if experience with Manychat
