Expert Social Media Manager

I need a proactive SMM expert that can manage my newly created FB acc, FB page, IG acc, Tiktok, and LinkedIn.

You should be able to:
-edit videos, reels, create graphics in all formats
-suggest and create relevant/viral content
-be up to date on what’s happening in the social media space and create a post related that can be useful for my target audience

Posting schedule:
-Every day on IG acc (graphic and/or video, but most likely I want most of them on a short video format)
-3 times a week story posting on IG and FB (same content/post) *these 2 can be of the same content* (3 times: 2 videos, 1 graphic)
-3 times a week in my personal acc
-3 times per week on my page
-once per week on all fb groups I have joined
-every other day on tiktok
-once a week on my LinkedIn
**I just purchased Canva templated graphics in Esty for you to post. You can make use of them**

1 hour/day
-Help me gain new clients by doing social media outreach and/or commenting on someone else’s post/comment in groups or other soc med communities and offer my service (commission will be given for every successful client that has signed their contract).

Once a week
-Provide at least 2-3 webinars, conferences, and events, where I can join to help me boost my knowledge in my chosen field/niche

Bonus:
-Knowledge of Google Ads (not required but would be nice to have)
-If you are an experienced SEO specialist

Non-negotiables/REQUIRED. Applications that do not include the following will be ignored:
-at least 1-2 case studies (if you don’t have this, send me a screenshot of data proving the result/s you made to a client’s account. Please don’t include their confidential info)
-portfolio (for graphic design samples)
-at least 3 client social media accounts that you managed or is currently managing
-at least 3 references (clients only)
-a detailed/suggested work plan on my account. Again, all of my accounts were just created a few days ago.

BUDGET:
$300, 1st month – To test if you’re really the best fit or not
$350, 2nd month – Last trial period + commissions once a client signs a contract
$400, 3rd month – moving forward + commissions once a client signs a contract

After 1 year, you’ll be eligible for:
-yearly increase (based on last year’s performance)
-monthly internet allowance
-monthly rice allowance
-1 week off every 6 months

You can work anytime/anywhere you want as long as the deliverables are completed on or before the due date.
