We are a USA skincare brand Voguenow. We started 5 years back in the USA, and now have expanded to Canada, the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy & France.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in supply chain management
– In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize supply chain operations.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
– Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing supply chain issues.
– Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to the supply chain.
– A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
– Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods.
– Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with production, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
– Continuously analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, streamline operations, and implement best practices within the supply chain function.
– Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels, and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.
– Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
– Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management, and proactively identify innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
– Communicate with the freight forwarders regarding shipments and keep a track record of all the shipments.
– Communicate with the Inspection company regarding inspections before the shipment of the goods.
