Expert Telemarketer – Real Estate

Xperience Realty is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic telemarketer to join our expanding team. As an expert telemarketer in the real estate industry, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective landlord and sellers from provided leads.
Engage with prospects to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Educate prospects about current market trends, available properties, the home letting and selling process.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maintain communication and build rapport with prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in LockedOn.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns from prospects.
Collaborate with theteam to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on local real estate market conditions and property listings.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Education or training in sales/marketing is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
