Expert Video Editor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage and content assets into engaging and visually stunning videos that effectively communicate our brand message. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Edit raw footage and content assets to create high-quality videos for various purposes, including promotional videos, social media content, tutorials, and more.
– Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to add effects, transitions, titles, graphics, and animations to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
– Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver videos that align with the company’s brand identity and messaging (as provided in brand kit).
– Follow clear-cut directions provided by the project manager or creative lead to ensure consistency and accuracy in video production.
– Organize and manage content assets efficiently to streamline the editing process and meet project deadlines.
– Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, animators, and content creators, to brainstorm ideas and develop innovative video concepts.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and motion graphics to continuously improve skills and techniques.
– Maintain an organized file structure and adhere to file naming conventions to facilitate easy access and retrieval of project assets.

Requirements:
– Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential.
– Demonstrated experience in video editing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in video production, including examples of editing, animation, and creative use of effects.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
– Attention to detail and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and exporting processes for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
– Bachelor’s degree in film production, multimedia, graphic design, or a related field (preferred).
– Experience with Notion is preferred!
