Job Overview

We are searching for a hardworking and passionate designer to join our team at Fiscally.

At Fiscally, we’re on a mission to simplify access to essential financial services. DriveSmart, our flagship product, embodies this philosophy by removing barriers and creating a safe, transparent environment for consumers like you.

We’re looking for someone both with experience in designing website and landing pages in Figma, but someone who can also make design creatives for both social media posts and paid advertising campaigns.

I’m looking for someone who can take an example design and recreate it very accurately in our branding, with strict attention to sizing, spacing, detail, etc.

About the role:

~ Role will be paid hourly with the possibility of becoming retainer-based or full-time in the future. We’d start full-time for the first while while we get through a bunch of work, then it may move down to a retainer after that or stay full-time depending on how much work we have.
~ You’re welcome to work whatever time of the day suits you best, but you would need to be available from time to time to conduct phone calls during Argentina Standard Time business hours.
~ Fully remote

Your key responsibilities:

~ Create landing page designs from briefs (Google docs with copy, example designs, structure and layout, etc.) in Figma to be later implemented by our web team.
~ Create social media designs and creatives
~ Create graphics, images, and designs for our paid advertising campaigns
~ Any other design-related tasks that pop up

Requirements

~ Strong command of the English
~ Be creative and able to come up with your own creative ideas for designs when we don’t have design examples to share as inspiration
~ Proficient in Figma
~ Experience with Clickup (project management tool) or willingness to use it is a plus
~ Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
~ Exceptional attention to detail
~ Good time management abilities
