Expert WordPress Designer/Developer, with SEO Experience, Night Shift

We are a professional digital marketing agency in the USA. We have 20 years of experience and a successful business.

We have two wonderful Philippine workers that have been with us for over a year, and they enjoy working with us, so now we need another star to work with us!

This position will start at 20 hours a week with the goal to have you go full-time within 30 days. This way, we both get to see if we are happy working together. As soon as both of us are happy, you will be able to go full-time, so it could happen faster than 30 days.

Sometimes you will work on designing and building a new site, adding content, SEO, adding security, setting it up on the server, etc (we have 15 people in the company, so if there are some things you have trouble with in the beginning, you can get assistance).

Most of the time, you will work on many of our Client websites and our own websites, mostly adding pages, fixing bugs, updating content, updating plugins, etc.

This is a night shift position for you. Candidate MUST be able to work live with us from 730am Pacific Standard Time until 430pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. You will be able to take a full hour break in the middle of your shift and a couple of short breaks additionally.

We work on Skype, and we are all active on Skype and respond instantly in most cases. This is a real job, and you need to be present during your work day at your desktop. We prefer you on a desktop with two monitors to be more efficient. We can help with the cost of the second monitor if you need it.

You are:

Expert WordPress Designer/Developer with 4+ years of current experience and with strong SEO on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and 3+ years of experience.

You must be experienced in analyzing sites for SEO rankings and coming up with plans to rank the site on the first page of Google. We can help teach you this if needed. We are here to support your success.

Your English speaking and writing skills are very important, as we will be talking during the day over Skype text and sometimes a video call to strategize and report on our Clients.
