As the YouTube Channel manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our YouTube channel.

You will receive a competitive base salary and the potential for performance bonuses for helping our channel reach specific growth milestones.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

– YouTube content strategy
– YouTube SEO
– Competitor analysis
– Reviewing channel analytics
– Making recommendations based on channel analytics and performance
– Responding to comments
– Uploading and optimizing videos on YouTube
– Creating Titles, Thumbnails, Descriptions and Tags for videos
– Cross-posting on other socials (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter)
– Researching collaboration and sponsorship opportunities

ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

– 2 years of direct experience managing YouTube channels.
– Experience creating YouTube thumbnails.
– Experience conducting YouTube competitor analysis.
– Experience conducting keyword research and finding winning keywords for search.
– Experience reviewing channel analytics and providing advice and recommendations based on analytics.
– Experience suggesting video topics and titles that have performed well (and you have proof (screenshots) that the videos performed well.
– High speed internet.
– Excellent English skills.

WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS:

This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hour/week. (Training is in Eastern Time, but regular working hours can be mainly in Philippines Time, with the requirement to attend meetings in Eastern Time).

SALARY:

$600/month for 40 hours/week (+ Performance Bonuses)
