Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced auditor (senior or supervisor) to join our Audit Team to support the delivery of external client engagements. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of Australian clients across various industries including private, public, not-for-profit or listed companies.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Collaborate with the preparation of work papers with clean and concise reports in accordance with Audit Methodology
• Support in the preparation of statutory financial statements and understand tax computations including tax journals and
financial statement disclosures
• Strong working knowledge of Excel with the ability to filter, manipulate and interpret data
• Liaise with manager to ensure jobs are reviewed and completed on time
• Fully utilise Audit software program – Caseware
Requirements and skills
• You are an established Auditor with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a Public Practice firm and hold a CA or CPA
designation or are near completion.
• Understanding of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB), IFRS, Australian Auditing Standards (ASA) and relevant
legislation applicable to assurance engagements.
• Fluent in English
• 2+ years in a BPO or Work From Home environment
• Proven experience in a Virtual Auditor or relevant role
• Experience with an Australian audit company is preferred
• Experience in financial reporting
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• Good communicator and very organised
• A passion for delivering a high quality service to clients
• Outstanding attention to detail and time management, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate with a close-knit team as well as work under minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience with Xero and CaseWare is desirable.

Training
Your will be onboarded to our team with the relevant training (software and process) along with on-going ‘on the job training sessions.
