Eyeglass and Sunglass Order Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Eyeglass and Sunglass Order Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire order process, from placing the order with our suppliers and ensuring timely delivery. The candidate must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1 – work with our back end system to organize all orders by manufacturer
2 – Accurately enter and process orders into the system
3 – keep track of back orders – and communicate with managment on how to handle
4 – Communicate with suppliers to place and track orders
5 – Monitor order status to ensure timely delivery
6 – Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and timely follow-up
7 – Maintain detailed records of orders and customer interactions

Requirements:
1 Previous experience in a similar role as an eyeglass or sunglass order specialist is preferred.
2 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3 Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
4 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of fluency in English.
5 Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with back-end order management systems.
6 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.

Working Conditions:
1 This is a full-time position, with work hours scheduled from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST.
2 The position is remote, so the candidate must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace.
3 The candidate should be comfortable working with a computer for an extended period of time.
4 The candidate should have excellent time management skills and be able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
5 The candidate should have a strong work ethic and be able to maintain a high level of productivity throughout the workday.
