JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Outlet Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions at different F&B outlets, ensuring that staff members are well-trained in various aspects of F&B service, food preparation, and customer satisfaction. This role involves extensive travel to different locations, so the candidate must be willing and able to travel nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct training at outlets
– Involve in team building activity for restaurant team.
– Review food preparation process flow at outlet
– Manage the yearly training calendar to ensure all trainings planned are conducted.
– Prepare training report for all training conducted by Training Centre.
– Manage standard Quality food and improve training process and material.

– Like to meet people, outgoing, good- interpersonal skill and motivates people around.
– Team player and fast learner with good communication both verbal and written.
– Possess own transport, willing to travel and seeking challenging working environment.
– Good leadership with excellent interpersonal skill.
– Highly proactive, self-motivated, passionate and committed at work of F&B environment.
– Possess positive analytical and critical thinking in trouble-shooting.
– Proficient in English and Tagalog in verbal and written communication.

REQUIREMENTS
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Certificate Food & Beverage Services Management,
– Minimum 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is preferred in F&B retail
– Train the Trainer will be in Malaysia. Must have passport.
– Candidates with Fast Food, Coffee Chain or similar experience is preferred
– Applicants must be willing to travel nationwide.
– Willing to travel extensively with own car.
