We are the team behind ‘Accent Coach Bianca’, helping people speak English clearly and confidently!

We are seeking an awesome detail-oriented Fabulous Flodesk Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter an able to work independently and with our small team to manage email projects. S/he will have experience with Flodesk and a passion for email marketing and automation.

This role involves managing our email marketing campaigns, creating visually appealing email templates, and optimizing our Flodesk account for maximum efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using Flodesk.
– Design and customize email templates to align with our brand.
– Segment and manage email lists for targeted marketing efforts.
– Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
– Assist with automation workflows to enhance customer engagement.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with overall business goals.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience using Flodesk for email marketing.
– Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and communicate with a team to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
– Strong Copywriting, Revising, and Proofreading skills.
– C1 or C2 English Level
