Pickleball Pros Shop is looking for a creative and results-driven Facebook Ad Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for Facebook ads, managing and optimizing ad campaigns, and driving measurable results. Responsibilities:
Create and Manage Facebook Ads:

Develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our target audience.
Set up and launch Facebook ad campaigns to promote our products and brand.
Social Media Management:

Post engaging content on our Facebook page to increase visibility and engagement.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Campaign Optimization:

Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI by adjusting targeting, bids, and creatives.
Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies.
Target Audience Research:

Research and identify key target audiences for our products.
Utilize Facebook’s targeting tools to reach the most relevant audience segments.
Budget Management:

Work with the provided ad budgets and discuss any additional budget requirements with the company.
Track and report on ad spend and campaign performance.
Compensation:
Base Payment: Bi-weekly or monthly payment of $[Amount].
Commission: 10% commission on the revenue generated from ads managed by the Freelancer, paid on the 1st of every month.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns with demonstrable results.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and its features.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with social media management tools and best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
