Job Description

As the new Digital Advertising Specialist, reporting to Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing, assisting and overseeing the development plus delivery of all digital campaigns for the company.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a digital advertising pro with a solid track record of enhancing campaign performance across multiple platforms. You’ll use your creative skill set to help us reach new customers, increase revenue and accomplish our business objective of becoming the best trade business coaching company in the world!

Your role responsibilities will include:

Campaign Strategy: Create, implement and monitor advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to capture the best ROI and drive positive outcomes for the company
Campaign Implementation: Set up campaigns in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, Facebook and Google Search Console
Performance Analysis: Deploy data analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and deliver practical insights for ongoing improvement
A/B Testing: Carry out A/B tests on ad components to lift click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
Keyword Research: Undertake thorough keyword research and use SEO best practices to ensure precise targeting and refinement for search engine advertising
Audience Targeting: Use advanced targeting options to engage the most optimal audience segments and increase campaign efficiency
Budget Administration: Effectively distribute advertising budgets to achieve campaign goals whilst optimising cost-effectiveness
Ad Creative Development: Work with other creatives in the Marketing team to craft compelling ad copy and visuals that connect with the target audience
Platform Expertise: Keep up to date with the latest features and trends in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc
Collaboration: Cooperate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales staff, specialist business coaches, content developers and film editors, to ensure flawless campaign execution

About you

To be considered for the role, you will need to meet the following role requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field.

3+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related field.

Highly skilled in digital/analytic platforms i.e. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.

Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and performance refinement techniques.

Experience using various analytics software, as well as having a working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Excellent written and verbal english communication skills as well as highly-developed interpersonal skills.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Positive mindset with superb collaboration and proactive problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
