Responsibilities:
– Manage and execute Facebook ad campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
– Conduct A/B split testing to refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements for maximum effectiveness.
– Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement, focusing on quality leads rather than just the lowest cost per click.
– Develop and implement retargeting strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in creating and managing successful Facebook ad campaigns.
– In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
– Strong analytical skills to review data and make data-driven decisions.
– Demonstrated ability to optimize ad campaigns for desired outcomes.
– Proficiency in creating and testing ad creatives to maximize performance.
Bonus: Proficiency in Google Ads and experience in building landing pages using WordPress/Beaver Builder.
