About the Job
Work with an innovative and supportive business owner who will provide training and coaching to ensure that you can be your best. We do not expect perfection; rather we celebrate progress, completion and growth! We understand that mistakes happen, and that there are times when instructions are unclear; so, we work together as a team to make sure everyone has the information, training, and tools necessary to be successful.

Primary responsibilities include:
• Creating Facebook advertising strategy for clients of Partnering Up. Analyze past ad campaigns, make recommendations, and implement the chosen strategies.
• Create multiple ad creatives and copy for each campaign, conduct A/B testing, reallocate resources to provide the best return on investment for the client.
• Create target markets, look alike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
• Create and test various communication/messaging strategies for optimal performance.
• Provide monthly reports with CTR, ROAS, etc.
• Write scroll-stopping copy for graphics and ads.
• Assist with social media management, if time permits.

Starting wage: $180/week for full-time. May consider part-time or project-based work as well.

Requirements for the role:
• Must be positive and have high energy.
• Must be a self-starter with a high level of integrity.
• Strong communication skills (must be well versed in reading, writing and speaking American-style English).
• Must have personally completed all the responsibilities above, have a minimum of two years of experience, and can provide examples of past work in these areas.
• Proficient in business communication software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Personal computer or laptop with camera and microphone (for team meetings).
• Stable internet connection with minimum speed of 7 Mbps.
• Detail-oriented
• Preferred qualification – graphic design, sales copy writing, and/or proven organic growth of social media accounts for clients.

This is a remote, work from home position. Daytime hours with once a week, evening team meeting (8 or 9 pm). Employees are expected to send daily Slack reports regarding completed tasks.
