About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Facebook Ads and Google Ads Expert to join our e-commerce team. This is a long-term contract position that requires a commitment of at least 8 hours per day, with the possibility of working up to 10 hours. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns on both platforms, be highly motivated, and possess excellent analytical and strategic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective ad strategies for Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Continuously analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Budget Management:

Efficiently manage ad budgets to maximize return on investment.
Adjust spending based on performance metrics and business objectives.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

Identify and define target audiences for ad campaigns.
Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the right audience segments.
Creative Development and Testing:

Collaborate with the design team to create compelling ad creatives.
Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad copy, images, and formats.
Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct thorough keyword research to inform ad strategies.
Perform competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
Reporting and Analytics:

Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Implement new strategies and technologies to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and PPC advertising.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to create and manage budgets effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
