Position: Facebook Ads and Google Ads Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: 8-10 hours per day
Compensation: $3 per hour (starting rate, with potential for increase based on performance)
Contract: Long-term
Days Off: 1 day off per week

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Facebook Ads and Google Ads Manager to join our e-commerce team. This is a long-term contract position that requires a commitment of at least 8 hours per day, with the possibility of working up to 10 hours. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing successful ad campaigns on both platforms, be highly motivated, and possess excellent analytical and strategic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Develop and implement effective ad strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Generate reports and provide insights to improve ad performance and ROI.
Budget Management:

Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Adjust spending based on performance metrics and business goals.
Audience Targeting:

Identify and define target audiences for ad campaigns.
Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach the right audience segments.
Ad Creative Development:

Collaborate with the design team to create compelling ad creatives.
Test different ad formats and creatives to determine what works best.
Keyword and Competitor Analysis:

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform ad strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
A/B Testing:

Implement A/B tests to optimize ad copy, creatives, and targeting.
Analyze test results and apply findings to improve campaign performance.
Continuous Optimization:

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Make data-driven decisions to enhance ad effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and PPC advertising.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to create and manage budgets effectively.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
