Job Summary:
The Facebook Ads & Automation Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to generate new leads for HomeLogic Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Facebook advertising and be proficient in using Go High Level for marketing automation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in lead generation, particularly in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

– Facebook Ads Management:
– Develop, implement, and manage effective Facebook ad campaigns to generate leads.
– Conduct audience research to identify and target the right demographics.
– Create compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
– Conduct A/B testing and sprint testing to determine the most effective strategies.

– Automation with Go High Level:
– Set up and manage marketing automation workflows using Go High Level.
– Integrate lead capture forms, landing pages, and CRM systems to streamline the lead generation process.
– Implement automated email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
– Use Go High Level to track and report on the effectiveness of marketing automation efforts.

– Data Analysis & Reporting:
– Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
– Analyze data to gain insights and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.

– Collaboration & Communication:
– Work closely with the marketing team to align Facebook ad strategies with overall marketing goals.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes.
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about campaign progress and results.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience managing successful Facebook ad campaigns, preferably in the healthcare sector.
– Proficiency in using Go High Level for marketing automation.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
– Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education & Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Facebook advertising and marketing automation.

Compensation:
– This is a project-based role with a set monthly rate.
– Competitive monthly rate based on experience.
