We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled professionals to join our team as Real Estate Creative Designers and Facebook Ads Experts. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting real estate agents by creating captivating creatives and running targeted Facebook ad campaigns to generate local leads. Your expertise in graphic design and Facebook advertising will be essential in helping real estate professionals succeed in their marketing efforts. Requirements:
1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in graphic design and Facebook advertising specifically for real estate clients. A portfolio showcasing previous work and successful ad campaigns is highly desirable along with past lead generation success and proven strategies.
2. Creative Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create visually appealing and professional marketing materials.
3. Facebook Advertising Expertise: Deep understanding of Facebook’s advertising platform, including audience targeting, budget management, and A/B testing etc.
4. Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry, current market trends, and buyer/seller behaviours to design relevant and impactful creatives.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. (virtual communication experience)
6. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance and build reports for clients.
7. Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (especially since you will be managing multiple clients) and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Other skills in: outreach, prospecting Administration, media buying and Social media management, would all be taken greatly into consideration and boost your chance of being hired.
