Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective Facebook advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and business goals.
Create, optimize, and manage Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring proper targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
Conduct thorough analysis of ad performance, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging Facebook advertising features to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
High-Level CRM Management:
Oversee the implementation and management of a comprehensive CRM system to enhance customer interactions and relationships.
Design and implement CRM strategies to drive customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM data into marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive and personalized customer experience.
Monitor and analyze customer behavior, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to generate regular reports on the performance of Facebook ad campaigns and CRM initiatives.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns and demonstrated success in achieving marketing objectives.
Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel implementation, and other relevant tools.
Extensive experience in CRM management, with a focus on customer segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Facebook advertising and CRM management.
