Job Description

Job Tasks:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies utilizing various digital channels, with a focus on Facebook ads.
2. Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns from conception to execution, including audience targeting, ad creative development, and budget optimization.
3. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of Facebook ad campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and lead generation.
4. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and Facebook advertising.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
6. Utilize lead generation tools and platforms to capture, track, and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
7. Generate regular reports and insights on key metrics related to lead generation and Facebook ad performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
8. Stay informed about changes to Facebook’s advertising policies and algorithms, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
9. Experiment with new lead generation tactics and strategies, A/B testing different approaches to optimize performance.
10. Continuously strive to improve lead quality and conversion rates through iterative testing and optimization of lead generation and Facebook ad campaigns.
11. Complete understanding of Gohighlevel, its workflow, creating subaccounts, funnels and landing pages.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook advertising.
2. Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
3. Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager and Gohighlevel.
4. Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
5. Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
7. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and digital advertising.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
9. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10. Experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
11. Certifications in digital marketing and Facebook advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint certification) would be advantageous.
