Facebook Ads Library Product Research VA

Thank you for your interest – I am looking for a VA to focus on researching products for dropshipping. This research will take place using Facebook Ads Library. I will train you on exactly how you will do this and we will work closely as you learn how to do this well and efficiently. Experience is a plus but not required.

I treat my VA’s well and give bonuses/time off… – I have another VA in a different role and you can ask her how I am a great boss and very fair. I offer flexibility with schedule and days worked. What IS required:
-STRONG English speaking – we need to be able to communicate not only accurately but efficiently. I need someone who is truly fluent in English. Don’t worry if you have an accent – this is ok – but you still need to be fluent.
-Good work ethic and energy – someone grateful for the opportunity with high energy and eagerness to learn and with ambition to grow with this role and a strong work ethic. I want someone I have faith will always perform to the best of their abilities and be honest about their hours worked.
-Reliable internet connection/ability to work. It is important your internet connection is reliable.
-Fast and reliable communication – responds to messages and communications quickly and reliably
-High IQ is a plus but the other traits are more important

I will be doing video call interviews to assess these traits.

I will look at the applicants who used the most application points first – and will only look at applicants who used at least 5 application points (do not apply with 1 AP or I will ignore).
