As a Facebook Ads Manager with us, your focus will be on optimizing and scaling client accounts. Some of the exciting responsibilities you’ll dive into include:

The skills and qualifications we’re seeking in candidates include:
The ability to interpret metrics and gauge the effectiveness of ads.
The ability to develop and adapt strategies as needed.
Strong proofreading, and writing skills in English for ad copy
A proactive attitude towards learning new strategies and continuous skill development.
Knowledge of split testing ads and experimenting with different audience segments.
Understanding of budget optimization techniques.
Proficiency in troubleshooting pixel errors and ensuring accurate pixel reporting using Facebook Pixel.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry strategies and trends.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
Setting up ad accounts and seamlessly integrating Facebook accounts
Daily review of client metrics to pinpoint areas for optimization.
Conducting audience tests and fine-tuning budgets for effective account scaling.
Discovering new audience segments to target for each client account.
Crafting value-based, lookalike, and custom audiences based on current data.
Managing pixel integration with a keen eye for proper installation and error checking.
Developing and optimizing ads based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Video and image editing for impactful ad creatives.
Implementing appropriate funnels tailored to each ad account.
Regularly refreshing ad creatives to maintain effectiveness.
Setting up reports and defining key metrics for insightful campaign performance tracking.
Providing weekly updates to the manager on live ads and account activities.
Creating tracking sheets for ongoing live ads and campaign performance analysis.
