Facebook Ads Manager

We are a lead generation & appointment setting company for real estate agents. We are looking for a highly experienced Facebook Ads Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Facebook Ads Manager:
Managing all aspects of ads including creating campaigns and ad changes, optimizing campaigns, setting up and analyzing split testing.
Troubleshooting issues, UTM Set-up and integration as well as pixel integration when needed.
Editing landing pages related to ads to improve engagement and opt-in rates
Monitor and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to drive conversions and hit business level goals and stay within budget by collecting and analyzing data (e.g. CTR, CPC, etc.) as well as performing daily and weekly reporting.
Alert teams via Whatsapp/phone/text when unexpected trends or errors are detected.
Familiarity with editing softwares to edit new ad visuals

Client support:
Communicating with Facebook/Google support for any account errors or issues
Video calls with new clients to set up ad account & business page access
Managing company email & phone support relating to Facebook ad errors

Admin tasks:
Scraping information for new clients (familiarity with scraping platforms is a plus)
All email marketing tasks (executing email marketing campaigns, analyze and reporting campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results, etc)
Admin tasks on our CRM (creating new CRM accounts, optimizing automations, etc)
Managing the company supports email & texts relating to facebook ads, rescheduling appointments, etc.

Qualifications
Proficient in English – C2 English level
High C and S personality traits on the DISC profile
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field

Experience
Facebook ads manager – 2 years experience (mandatory)
Google ads – 1 year experience (mandatory)
Familiar with editing software for ad visuals
Background in email marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
Background in Tech or IT (preferred but not mandatory)
Background in Customer service (preferred but not mandatory)

Schedule
40+ hours/week
Night shift
Monday-Friday

Salary
Salary: $900-1,000 USD per month
