Hey Facebook Ad Specialists! We are a United States based digital marketing agency that specializes in working with local service based businesses in the U.S. only. We are excited to have a part-time opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Facebook Ads Manager to join our team. As mentioned, this is a part-time position but if you excel in this role and establish a strong working relationship, there is potential for this position to transition into a full-time opportunity as we grow, together! (hopefully quickly). The starting salary is $500 per month, increasing to $600 per month after the first month (with continued room for growth).

Responsibilities:

As our Facebook Ads Manager, you will be pivotal in crafting and managing ad campaigns for our clients, focusing on:

• Developing and executing effective Facebook ad strategies for local service area businesses.
• Conducting market research to understand client needs and target audiences.
• Creating and requesting compelling ad content and visuals tailored to local markets.
• Managing and optimizing ad budgets for maximum ROI.
• Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using Facebook Insights and other tools.
• Collaborating with our team to integrate ad campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies.
• Developing and executing effective Facebook ad strategies for our own company.

We expect you to be proactive in driving success and growth for our clients’ businesses. If you identify an opportunity for improvement, we encourage you to take initiative and lead the way.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing Facebook ads, specifically for local service area businesses.
• Strong understanding of Facebook advertising principles, targeting options, and best practices.
• Ability to craft engaging ad content and visuals that resonate with local audiences.
• Experience in budget management and optimization for Facebook ad campaigns.
• Proficiency in analyzing ad performance data and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, primarily via Slack (and video as needed).
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Experienced in using AI to help supplement your effectiveness, but not reliant on AI to complete your job.
