Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Facebook Ads Manager to join our team at AuSystems. As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive growth and achieve our marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies to achieve business goals, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
– Manage all aspects of Facebook ad campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad copywriting, creative development, budget management, and performance tracking.
– Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to optimize ad targeting and maximize campaign ROAS.
– Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
– Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and leverage new features and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align campaign objectives and ensure seamless execution.
– Test and iterate on ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns for eCommerce, B2C, or B2B clients, preferably in a digital agency or startup environment.
– Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager platform, including campaign setup, targeting options, ad formats, and optimization techniques.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, present results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
– Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
