We are in need of a skilled Facebook Ads Manager who is diligent, dependable, resourceful, hungry to learn and works with consistent quality.
We’re looking to add a sincere, committed person to the team ASAP. You must be reliable, pay attention to ad details, be orderly, willing to follow long detailed instructions and 100% committed to getting results for our clients. Your position is ultra crucial for the business’s growth because the business needs great ads management and satisfied clients to succeed.
This is a fully remote, full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. Pay is up to $1,200/month depending on experience.
Working hours are USA MST time zone: 6:00am – 2:00pm MST.
You will have PTO for all national and special Philippine holidays.
In addition, once you successfully complete your four-month probationary period,
• in addition to your normal pay, you will receive a performance bonus every second month of up to 50% of one-month’s pay.
• as long as you can satisfy your responsibilities and maintain ads performance you will have unlimited paid time off.
There will be a four-month trial period on an escalating pay scale meaning you will start at $700 – $1,000/month (depending on experience), receive an additional $50/month pay increase and be able to receive full pay once you successfully complete your probationary period.

We’re an online boutique business that specializes in Facebook ads management, funnel fixing and business strategy for established course creators.
Job Responsibilities:
Your role, the Ads Manager (referred to as “AM”) in our business, is an exceptional position on the team where you will work both directly with the CEO AND work with all other team members. This role works alongside the business’s Executive Assistant as well but does not report directly to the Executive Assistant. This role reports directly to and is managed by the CEO.
The Ads Manager must:
1. Maintain or reduce client’s weekly average lead costs.
2. Prepare clients’ account status reports with 100 percent accuracy.
3. Manage clients’ ads according to our business’s ads management protocols with few to no mistakes.
4. Promptly escalate any client ad account issues to the EA or CEO.
5. Proactively optimize clients’ ad accounts: ad creative, audiences, ad cop, and headlines.
6. Proactively create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks related to the ads manager role.
7. Keep clients’ ads project information up to date in our project management software (Asana).
8. Create bi-weekly ads reports by 6am Mexico City Time and accurately include all client ad data according to the template.
9. Independently initiate and complete client onboarding responsibilities and communicate with the Executive Assistant to:
ensure clients are onboarded successfully:
– Clients’ analytics are set up and accurately report data.
– Clients’ ads management starts on schedule.
10. Write SOPs so they are clear enough for a brand new hire to follow.
11. Complete ad hoc administrative tasks thoroughly, efficiently and on time.
12. Identify opportunities to make business systems more efficient, implement the solution and communicate with the rest of the team.
13. Be the most knowledgeable team member about the client’s account and maintain client’s account in good status.
The AM is generally responsible for:

– Verifying the AM can access the client’s ad manager account

• Prepare client’s Lead Magnets for ads
– Verifying that clients have the facebook pixel, Google analytics (and possibly TikTok) installed on their landing page and thank you page
– Installing Facebook pixels and Google Analytics in client software when the client can’t do it themselves
– Set up Google Analytics event(s) to measure ad performance
– Set up standard ads audiences
• Prepare bi-weekly ads reports by 6am Mexico City Time for all accounts they manage
• SOPs related to the Ads Manager’s role and areas of responsibility
– Writing out all new SOPs from Looms for the Ads Manager role
– Creating, maintaining and updating SOPs
– Providing quality control
– Contacting responsible parties with specifics when an SOP is missing a step or is unclear to request an addition to the SOP video
