Facebook Ads Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Facebook Ads Manager to join our e-commerce agency team. This role requires someone with a proven track record in creating and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to increase conversions and generate a high ROI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook’s advertising platform, analytics, and strategies tailored to e-commerce businesses.

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns for multiple e-commerce clients.
Conduct thorough target audience research to ensure campaigns reach their intended demographics.
Develop creative and compelling ad copy and work with our design team to ensure visual content is optimized for performance.
Perform A/B testing on different ad creatives, placements, and audiences to continually improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
Manage ad budgets and adjust bids to optimize the delivery of campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and best practices in Facebook advertising and e-commerce marketing.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance to the team and clients, highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Manager with a focus on e-commerce.
Strong understanding of Facebook Insights and other analytics tools.
Ability to analyze performance data and metrics to inform campaign strategies.
Experience with ad testing and optimization to increase campaign effectiveness.
Excellent copywriting skills with attention to persuasive and clear communication.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
