Our small but growing Agency is looking for a Facebook Ads manager.

The role is currently part time but will grow to Full time for the right candidate.

We are looking for a Facebook Ads Manager with a combination of strategic thinking, analytical, creative and communicative skills. The successful candidate should have exceptional online ad-buying management skills and thrive working in an ever-changing Facebook/Instagram environment. He or she should have good experience and knowledge of running Meta ads across Facebook and Instagram. Other social platforms are considered a bonus.

The ideal candidate for this position has a good understanding of social media and analytics in paid media with a strong discipline for driving conversions and delivering ROI. They are positive, hungry for success, love constant challenges, expert multi-taskers and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.

The media buyer will work closely with the founder to test and launch various marketing campaigns for multiple clients.

Qualifications

Core Accountabilities & Requirements
• Manage direct response (focused on driving conversions) Facebook ad campaigns from the planning stage to completion
• Create and manage media budgets for assigned campaigns
• Brief creative teams and develop campaign creative assets
• Monitor and optimise all Facebook campaigns
• Create easy-to-read reports on campaign ROI & revenue analysis and regularly report them to the team.

Key Measures Of Success
• Optimization of campaign click-thru rates, conversion rates, and bid management
• Campaign performance against target KPI’s.
• Profit margin on campaigns

Required Skills, Experience and Academic/Educational Requirements:
• 3+ years managing conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns with ROI-related metrics
• 2+ years’ of managing Facebook ads
• Highly proficient in Facebook’s Ads Manager
• Comfortable with A/B testing tools and methods to prove and report on performance metrics
• Experience in Google Analytics, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn is a big plus
• Proven skills in ad copywriting; a plus.
