Our virtual assistant staffing agency is seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Facebook Ads strategy, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing our return on investment. You will work closely with our marketing team to drive traffic to our website and generate leads for our business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement our Facebook Ads strategy, including audience targeting, ad creation, and landing page optimization
Manage our Facebook Ads campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and maximize ROI
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and optimize campaign settings
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop landing pages, ad creatives, and other assets to support our campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest Facebook Ads trends and best practices, and identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance
Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, and provide regular updates to the marketing team and other stakeholders
Work with external partners, such as ad agencies or freelance designers, as needed to support our Facebook Ads campaigns
Manage our Facebook Ads budget and ensure campaigns stay within budgetary constraints
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Manager, preferably in a virtual assistant staffing agency or related industry
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant marketing tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
Facebook Ads certification is preferred, but not required
