We specialize in using Facebook ads to enhance our clients’ market presence and boost their customer base. We’re currently seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Manager who can confidently handle our campaigns and contribute to the success of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Create, manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for our pool cleaning business clients to drive lead generation and increase their customer pool.

Use your knowledge of Facebook ad strategies to test variations of ad components to determine optimal creative elements and targeting.

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Coordinate with the team to ensure all Facebook ad campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy.

Oversee budget allocation and monitor campaign costs.

Stay current with Facebook best practices, strategies, and industry standards.

Implement and monitor tracking systems for online marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Manager with a focus on service-based businesses.

Demonstrable experience managing and optimizing Facebook Ad campaigns.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Skills in using HighLevel CRM, or a similar platform.

Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to analyze performance metrics.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve issues.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer an engaging and flexible work environment. The successful candidate will receive $3 per hour, with additional bonuses up to $100 upon achieving certain client fulfillment guarantees.
