About Us:
We are looking for a Facebook Ads Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Role Overview:
As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Facebook Ads strategy to promote our brand, products, and services. This role involves strategic planning, high-level creativity, and an in-depth understanding of the Facebook advertising platform.

Responsibilities:

Design and oversee all aspects of our Facebook marketing campaigns, including market research, creative briefs, and execution.
Develop clear and engaging ad campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy and goals.
Manage the creation of ad content including text, images, and video, collaborating with creative teams.
Analyze campaign performance data to monitor ROI and effectiveness of the campaigns.
Optimize ads for maximum engagement and conversion rates by adjusting bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad placements.
Continuously test and refine ads based on a variety of metrics, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with Facebook’s policies, best practices, and technologies related to Facebook marketing and advertising.
Collaborate with other team members from the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to keep ahead of trends and use this information to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful Facebook advertising campaigns.
Deep knowledge of the Facebook Ads Manager platform.
Understanding of web analytics, pixel tracking, and attribution models.
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.
