Facebook ads manager needed immediate start

We’re a fast paced performance marketing company that runs facebook ads to the tune of over $20k a day… we run ads for a variety of health supplements that use VSLs likle this one – Click to view/science/

We’re looking for someone with the following MUST HAVE requirements –

– Must have excellent english communication both written and verbal
– Must have experience navigating facebook ads manager
– Must be able to work different hours and be willing to work inline with the UK timezone (UK is approx 8 hours behind PH)
– Must be fearless and eager to learn

OK, then bonus points if you meet any of the following –

– Nice to have fluency in Spanish written and verbal
– Nice to have experience running health offers with facebook ads (list examples if so)
– Nice to have the willingness to be available at weird hours and at a moments notice

Alright, still sounds like you? Then lets talk numbers…

This position will start out at around 20 hours per week with a lot of training with average hourly rate of $6/hour whilst you learnt the ropes…

After you have gained knowledge and experience with how we run ads you’ll have the option to increase hours with average hourly rate of $8/hour.

Then as you progress, gain more experience and more responsibility, your wage will also increase with no limits on your earning potential. You literally could be maing $10k+ per month if things go well.

Ok, so if this sounds like you, I want you to reread everything again to make sure this is a good fit for you… I won’t tolerate timewasters so there’s a few things I’d like you do within your appliation… please start your application with the words “peppa pig” (it was my daughters favorite show when she was little)…

Please also provide clear examples of your experience using facebook ads manager…

The best way to do this i to record a short loom video or screen recording where I want you to walk me through the facebook ads manager… I want you to show me the following things…

– Show me how to create a facebook pixel
– Show me how to create a custom audience of purchases
– Show me how to create a lookalike of the custom audience of purchases
– Show me how to create a conversion campaign optimizing for purchases, incuding the ad set and ad (dont worry, you dont have to create an actual ad… just show me where things would go like creative, ad copy, headline etc)

Also, dont worry about actually dooing these things if you dont have the right access or permission… but I DO want you to show me where you would do them and how.
