Job Description:

We’re looking for a Facebook Ads rockstar who wants to work with us full time and manage our ad campaigns exclusively for Nova Lights. As our media buyer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to drive leads and sales. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Writing compelling ad copy for our campaigns
Setting up and managing Facebook ad campaigns
Integrating tracking pixels and using tracking software
Creating retargeting audiences
Setting up custom conversions
Troubleshooting ad performance issues
Daily campaign management and optimization
Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies

Job Requirements:

Proven track record running successful Facebook ad campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing and conversion optimization
Knowledge of funnels, Google Tag Manager, copywriting, and retargeting strategies
Ability to work 6+ hours a day
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Skills:

Facebook Ads Expertise: Proven experience in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns, including setting up pixels, retargeting audiences, and custom conversions.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, conversion optimization, and retargeting techniques to ensure ad campaigns drive results.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ad performance, ensuring responsive design, fast load times, and seamless user experience across devices.
