An ecommerce clothing company is seeking a skilled and results-driven Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our growing team. As a Facebook Ads Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our advertising campaigns, particularly focusing on promoting our engaging and entertaining short-form content.
Responsibilities:
1. **Campaign Strategy and Planning:**
– Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies to meet specific campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align advertising efforts with overall brand messaging and goals.
2. **Target Audience Research:**
– Conduct thorough research to identify and understand the target audience for Wowie Shorts.
– Utilize demographic and behavioral data to create audience segments for targeted advertising.
3. **Ad Creation and Optimization:**
– Create compelling and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
– Continuously optimize ad performance based on real-time data, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements for maximum effectiveness.
4. **Budget Management:**
– Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve campaign objectives.
– Monitor and analyze spending patterns, providing insights to optimize budget allocation.
5. **Analytics and Reporting:**
– Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
– Generate detailed reports highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
6. **A/B Testing:**
– Conduct A/B tests on various ad elements (creative, copy, targeting) to identify the most effective strategies.
– Implement learnings from tests to refine and enhance future campaigns.
7. **Stay Updated on Industry Trends:**
– Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in Facebook advertising and digital marketing.
– Recommend and implement new features or strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
8. **Collaboration and Communication:**
– Work closely with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
– Provide clear and concise communication on campaign performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Media Buyer, preferably in the digital media or entertainment industry.
– In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
– Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and messaging.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms.
