POSITION: Facebook Ads Reporting/ Customer Service Specialist
Full Time/Salary Night Shift works virtually 9-5 MST

We are looking for someone who is willing to work a night shift with The Data Driven Practice hours 9am-5pm MST. Someone who is willing to work with the team be a team player but also be able to complete tasks independently.
Role Overview
Title: Facebook Ads Analyst and Customer Service Specialist
Purpose: To oversee and report on the performance of Facebook ad campaigns for our members, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes, and facilitating strong communication and service support.
As you review the description we welcome any questions you may have about the position or our team. The position will be full time 40 hours per week. All bonuses are based on work performance and reaching your KPI’s.

Strong English grammar and experience in facebook ad campaigns, reporting in facebook ads, and attention to detail. Great customer service skills in communicating and setting up meetings.

Responsibilities
Daily Ad Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor Facebook ad campaigns daily, gather performance data, and report findings in the designated Slack channel to keep the team informed.
Ad Performance Improvement: Analyze ad performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. Suggest and implement changes to optimize ad campaigns.
Communication and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for members concerning ad performance. Address any issues or questions related to Facebook ads promptly and effectively.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and conduct bi-weekly Zoom meetings with members to discuss ad performance, provide updates, and gather feedback on campaign adjustments.
Campaign Updates: Regularly update ad campaigns based on member feedback and performance analytics to ensure optimal results.

Requirements:
This job will require you to have a solid understanding of English and good grammar skills. The primary purpose of your role is to help the doctors know how their campaigns are performing and keep in communication with them and a bi-weekly meeting cadence. The Data Driven Practice goal for you is to set up our members as the true expert in their community and to get them a steady stream of new patients.
Requirements
Educational Background: FB Paid Ads, FB Reporting, Great Communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience:
Proven experience managing and reporting on Facebook ad campaigns.
Strong background in customer service or client relations, preferably in a digital marketing context.
Skills:
Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to organize and facilitate virtual meetings effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Go High Level, ClickUP and other communication and reporting tools.

Qualities needed to be successful:
