Job Description

We are looking for a Facebook Ads Manager, who is responsible for developing and executing advertising campaigns on the Facebook platform to meet business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the Facebook Ads platform, as well as strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, creating target audiences, designing and producing engaging advertising, setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing execution. Data-driven optimization to improve results. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or advertising, a passion for data analysis, and a proven track record of executing successful advertising campaigns on Facebook.

Experience with Facebook Ads and the Facebook Ads Manager platform.
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising principles and best practices.
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize advertising performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Get familiar with Google Analytics and other marketing measurement tools.
Creative problem-solving skills to develop effective advertising solutions.

Responsibility

Conduct market research to understand your target audience and their behavior on the Facebook platform.
Develop target audience segments based on demographic, geographic, and psychographic data.
Design and produce attractive advertisements consistent with the company’s brand and advertising goals.
Set up and manage your ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, including budget settings, targeting options, and ad placements.
Track and analyze campaign performance, including metrics like reach, engagement, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Optimize campaigns based on performance data, including adjusting targeting, ad creative, and budget allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative and sales, to ensure that advertising campaigns are aligned with overall business goals.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, including new ad formats and targeting options.
Report on campaign performance and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage advertising spend within budget and ensure that all advertising campaigns comply with Facebook advertising policies.
Salary: 1500$ to 3000$
