Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing and has a proven track record of driving results through Facebook advertising. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads for our liquid Brazilian Butt Lift services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Facebook advertising strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
Create engaging ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos, that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message.
Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and ad placement optimization.
Monitor ad performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing to experiment with different ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to maximize results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing, and proactively recommend new ideas and strategies to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook advertising.
Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful Facebook ad campaigns that drive results.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and messaging.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of other digital marketing channels, such as Google Ads, is a plus.
