As a Facebook Ads Specialist at Loozely, you will play a crucial role in driving client success by developing and executing high performing targeted Facebook advertising campaigns. You will work closely with management to create data-driven strategies that deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns for CASSI life insurance agents.
• Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Develop compelling ad creatives and ad copy that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with overall digital marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Facebook ad platform updates.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns, including ad creation and optimization. Minimum 2 years experience required.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, META business suite and other relevant tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and split testing best practices.
• TIKTOK Ads and other digital marketing platform experience is a plus.
• Experience in a agency environment/working with multiple clients in the same Business will be highly regarded.
• Reliable strong internet connection.
• Excellent communication skills.

Opportunity:
• This is a remote, work from home opportunity.
• Hours can be flexible.
• This position is part time, with the opportunity to increase to full time in future if desired. We are interested in starting around 12-18 hours per week depending on your schedule.
• Wages based on skills and experience.
