What do we ask from you?
? Exact working hours will be discussed, but must align with New Zealand and Australian
working hours.

Your tasks:
? Assist in setting up and managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
? Create engaging and compelling ad creatives tailored for Facebook.
? Conduct audience research and implement effective targeting strategies.
? Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for
improvement.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute Facebook advertising
campaigns.
? Stay updated with Facebook’s policies and trends to ensure compliance and maximize
results.
? Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance

Requirements:
? Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and best practices.
? Experience creating and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.
? Minimum of 1 year of experience with Facebook advertising.
? Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
? Ability to work independently.
? Excellent fluency in English.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
? Proper home office setup.
