Over the last six years, we have helped businesses of all sizes and across a range of markets to grow their online sales and achieve their dreams.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads specialist who can manage a single high volume Facebook Ads account for our an e-commerce client and produce consistent results. This account has multiple product segments and thousands of dollars spent per day. This is not just a media buyer position. This involves copywriting work, understanding the products, and working with a video editor and designer to create and test new creatives regularly.

This is a remote work from home role and would be perfect for someone who is self motivated, organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator.

This is a part time position that could lead to full time once you’ve proven a good fit within the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your job will be to use your past experience to:

Install and manage Facebook pixels
Create and manage custom audiences
Build out campaign frameworks
Write ad copy that converts
Optimize and scale campaigns
Work with design team to coordinate creative graphics that fit the client’s brand and speak to the ideal customer avatar
Work with video editor to create new compelling video creatives and test
Providing reports for Account Managers, which includes ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data as well as creative direction for clients.
Communicate with Account Manager to ensure deadlines are met.
Proactively seek out opportunities to help existing clients grow
Work with web development team to produce Conversion Rate Optimization audits of client websites
Work with team to improve internal processes.

EXPERIENCE:
You should have past experience working with Facebook Ads and experience with e-commerce websites. Some required skills:
Facebook Ads experience with e-commerce and high volume scaling
Copywriting experience
Fluent English – All clients are US based so English copywriting is extremely important
Attention to detail is essential
Data driven
Excel experience

You should be comfortable using project management software, Google Drive, Zoom, Slack, and other cloud based communication tools.

You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you have suggestions or improvements based on your experience. We encourage that.
