As a Facebook Advertising Specialist at our digital marketing agency, your primary responsibility will be to strategize, execute, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns for our small business clients operating in both B2B and B2C sectors. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies that align with their marketing objectives and target audience.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions for small businesses.

Campaign Setup and Execution: Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad copywriting, creative development, landing page recommendations, and budget allocation. Implement tracking mechanisms, such as Facebook Pixel, to monitor campaign performance and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ad Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant metrics. Identify areas of improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Audience Targeting: Conduct research and analysis to identify and refine target audiences based on demographic, geographic, behavioral, and interest-based parameters. Leverage Facebook’s targeting capabilities, including custom and lookalike audiences, to reach the most relevant prospects for our clients’ businesses.

Ad Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and experiments with ad variations, targeting options, and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations. Provide insights and recommendations based on test results to improve campaign performance.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for clients. Present campaign results and performance metrics to clients, explaining the impact on their business objectives.

Stay Updated with Facebook Advertising Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, features, and best practices in Facebook advertising. Proactively suggest new opportunities, ad formats, or targeting strategies that can benefit our clients’ campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing Facebook advertising campaigns, preferably for small businesses
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign creation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad optimization techniques
Familiarity with Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including funnel optimization, landing page best practices, and conversion rate optimization
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus
