Facebook Ads Specialist for Service-Based Businesses – Lead Generation Driven

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns for service-based businesses with the goal of Lead Generation. The candidate should be able to handle 20+ accounts simultaneously while delivering outstanding results with a track record – Demonstratable Ad spend managed, CPL, Leads generated, Etc.

Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for service-based businesses
Conduct in-depth analysis and performance tracking of campaigns to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI
Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention
Monitor and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and integration across all digital marketing channels
Provide regular reports and analysis to clients on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns for service-based businesses
Proven track record in delivering outstanding results for multiple clients simultaneously
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign creation, targeting, bidding, and optimization
Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred
